1.1: This agreement is entered into between Kuzey Veri Merkezi Anonim Şirketi (Kuzey Datacenter), provider of the services listed in our service catalogue (Services), and the individual or entity (Customer) identified during registration. It governs use of the website https://www.kuzeydc.com (Site) and all services purchased through it under the terms set out below.

1.2: Both parties declare, accept and undertake that the information stated in this agreement is accurate.

2.1: This agreement regulates what the Customer may and may not do on the Site—including orders, messages and registration data—and the fees payable to Kuzey Datacenter for the services selected.

2.2: Membership details are those entered at sign-up. The Customer is assumed to have provided complete and accurate information, which will be relied upon for all transactions.

3.1: Kuzey Datacenter will deliver services ordered by the Customer. Upon order acceptance, the applicable fee is deemed collected and delivery of the specified service is committed.

3.2: Payment method, VAT and total amounts are shown at checkout according to the Customer's monthly or annual billing preference.

3.3: Services commence upon order confirmation. Account credentials and their security are the Customer's responsibility.

3.4: The Customer agrees to comply with notices published by Kuzey Datacenter. Free or unmetered resources may not be resold or redistributed to third parties.

3.5: The Customer shall not access files or systems without authorisation and accepts liability for any damage arising from unauthorised access.

3.6: Taxes, duties and similar charges applicable during service use are borne by the Customer.

3.7: The Customer is solely responsible for hosted content and e-mail use. Kuzey Datacenter does not pre-screen user content. Services may be suspended or terminated for unlawful use.

3.8: Unless otherwise agreed, data backup is the Customer's responsibility. Kuzey Datacenter exercises reasonable care but is not liable for data loss.

3.9: Domain registrations paid in full are processed; the Customer remains the registrant of record.

3.10: Kuzey Datacenter's liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service.

3.11: The Customer must maintain regular backups of their data.

3.12: Expired or unpaid services may be suspended or cancelled.

3.13–3.17: Domain services are subject to ICANN and registrar policies. WHOIS accuracy, transfer locks and renewal processes are the Customer's responsibility.

4.1: This agreement takes effect when an order and payment are submitted online.

4.2: The term matches the billing period selected at order.

4.3: Unless either party gives written notice 10 business days before expiry, the agreement renews on the same terms (fee changes reserved).

6.1: Kuzey Datacenter may suspend services in case of payment failure or breach of this agreement.

6.2: During suspension, web, FTP and e-mail access may be restricted.

7.1: Kuzey Datacenter may terminate for breach or inaccurate registration data. The Customer may terminate with 10 days' written notice before the end of the term.

8.1: Parties accept the postal address on the order as the legal notice address.

8.2: Address changes are effective only when notified in writing.

8.3: Notices sent to the assigned e-mail address are deemed delivered one day after sending.

9.1: Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date constitutes default. Late fees and exchange differences may apply.

9.2: In legal recovery, late interest, contractual penalties and legal costs are borne by the Customer.

9.3: The Customer bears costs of precautionary measures and enforcement proceedings.

10.1: Kuzey Datacenter may amend these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

10.2: Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
