Refund and exchange conditions for products purchased via Kuzeydc.com are governed by the electronic sales agreement and the terms below.

Conditions for a refund:
1. Service delivery has not yet commenced
2. The product can be resold to another customer in the same condition
3. A written refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
4. No approved refund for the same product group within the past 12 months

The following cannot be refunded once provisioned or because they cannot be resold:
1. Domain names
2. Technical support services
3. Third-party supplied products
4. Free services and products
5. Installed or activated SSL certificates
6. Activated dedicated servers

Eligible requests are processed within 15 business days of approval according to the methods below.

Customisation, technical services, shipping, bank fees and operational costs are deducted from the purchase price; the remainder is refunded in cash. No cash equivalent is paid for free services or promotional discounts.

Upon request, the balance after deducting shipping and third-party costs is credited to the customer account for future purchases. Store credit cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days via the customer panel support ticket system, including the product/service, reason and preferred refund method (cash or store credit).

Gift vouchers and discounts are non-refundable. Bank commissions and reward points cannot be reversed. Refunds for foreign-currency transactions are processed in TRY at the amount charged at purchase.

Kuzey Datacenter may reject requests that do not meet this policy. Customers may withdraw a request until the refund is completed.

Disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts. By purchasing on Kuzeydc.com you accept this refund policy.
